Hello man I had same issue on my mk4 pd150. Only at 3000rpm. I used firad 120% Gtb2260 vklr.... The problem is the timing .. thes pd injector are very hard to calibrate for idle flow... But if you pusch hard then they work absolut great as long you have enough Fuelcapacity.. You cand do a logfile with the injektor meassures and see if there is a big difference between them. If there is than get the pds calibrated again

Hey man, thanks for the response! I have been lead to believe it is a leaking injector seal (which I am waiting on parts for now) I will replace all seals on all injectors. Set lash and report back. I don't think it will be timing belt related as the motor was running happily in the old shell. But I will do the above and hopefully that will call it sorted!

had a similar sound come out of my dads old mercedes 200, 65 model, but only after it sitting for about 4 years and having close to no power on the battery, sounds like a misfire on one or more cylinders to me, but eh, im no mechanic, good luck man!

No high pressure pump on these! Just the low pressure pump and the tandem pump on these

@@DoublShed tandem pump is the high pressure pump. Do you have vcds ? To check the injector values.

@@GioTunedd after everything the whole situation was causing by the lightened smf! Just gotta figure out what clutch can handle some power in the 5 speed 😂

The problem is your injectors. You are running too much boost for this pd100 injectors. Maf n stuff doesn’t matter. Your fuel is too less
