i try fat tire setup by feed 35c cinturato for road bike purpose track. i give up after 4 hour it gave me bonk. i never do it again it horrible. cannot even do 35 after got bonk. it hurt a lot. average speed drop to 25kph in the end for 6 hour in total.

is there are rule in gravel biking? I mean do I need to convert a road bike to a gravel bike or an MTB will do the trick?

No rule. Flat bars will be categorized as MTB.
