I did an arm feeder workout and by the grave of fucking God, my arms did in fact explode. My triceps have never been this sore before, I feel amazing. Doing an arm feeder at the beginning and then continuing the workout with my normal shit was the best. I miss Rich, I watched him before I got into fitness and bodybuilding, one of the reasons is because he was funny as fuck, now I come back here too take notes and learn. This guy is a rare gem, truly just seemed like a good, honest fucking dude who was passionate about what he did. Rest in Peace.

Overhead dumbbell extension and skull crushers like you said best exercises cause most problem. I will try them again for a few weeks maybe cycle them.
