Man ... that is a lot of food. How many times did you drop logs in the firebox for a completed cook? How long was the grill process with all three? 8 hours? You are very organized in your cooking. Your experience shows. You are absolutely right. It is all about Fire Management and when to drop the different types of meat in the grill. Great workflow.

they say get the biggest one your budget will allow,it is better to have some extra capacity than grow out of it too soon and need to wait around for another one.As far as fuel efficiency,footprint(space) and overall grate room or capacity vertical cabinet types like J.P. 's are best overall.Good luck.
@JPBBQ
@JPBBQ 5 жыл бұрын
That’s exactly right. I went with the 30x36 . It was the biggest at the time for the amount of money. Got plenty of room to grow some. But go with what fits your needs. Cabinet smokers have a lot of real estate.

@JPBBQ
@JPBBQ 4 жыл бұрын
Hey there Mike appreciate you watching and commenting. I leave the cap of skin on there cause it helps protect the meat from getting burned. Which ever direction the heat is coming from I face that cap that way. Most time its from the bottom. I also feel that it adds flavor to the meat having that extra cap of fat in there too. Thanks again appreciate you asking and thanks for watching my videos.
