Rob reminds me a lot of my late Father, in the sense of his love for his beuatiful wife, his two kids, his love for hunting, fishing and sharing his passion for the outdoors. All while working hard to provide for his family. My Father also loved my Mother, my Brother and I. He was an avid Outdoorsman. I remember hunting, fishing, camping and logging with my Dad every chance we had. My Dad was also a hard working family man. His generosity never went unnoticed, as he was one of the most loveable, funny people you would come across. My Father was killed by a drunk driver on Labor Day 1981. To this day I have people who knew him, come up to me and tell me what kind of man he was. Makes me feel proud to be able to be one of two people to be able to call him Dad. I miss him probably more now than ever. He has 5 Grandkids, all from my Brother. My Brother doesn't hunt or fish, but he still loves the outdoors. Hiking and camping in the Pacific Northwest is a passion for him. He too reminds me of our Dad. As for me? I'm single with no kids. I love the outdoors. Camping, hunting and fishing are the things that make me feel closer to my Father.

Every part of me wants to be on that boat experiencing a multi-day offshore trip. We do simple overnights for Tuna here in New England, but it's not an ocean camping trip like this, you sleep where you can find room and it's only so you can make it to the fishing grounds early enough to get a decent day of fishing in. This is actually how I want to retire. Living on a boat, fishing and cooking. Sailboat is probably the only economical way to do that.
