I loved this video. The only disappointing thing is the OSB on the roof. Plywood holds up better to any potential water intrusion. Great job JD. Quality content as always.

JD -- I currently live full-time in a 2023 Alliance Avenue 32RLS fifth wheel. After looking at numerous KZfaq videos that review Alliance fifth wheels, I decided that I wanted to move up to a Paradigm. In early January 2024, I ordered a 2024 Alliance Paradigm 340RL with full body paint and a couple of other options that I believe will improve my full-timing experience. My coach goes into production in a couple of weeks, so watching this video of the Paradigm manufacturing process greatly added to my comfort level regarding my decision to purchase a Paradigm. Can they find any more cracked and junk wood for the roof? Like seriously. When the roll the roof through you can see all the giant chunks missing. They put all that work into it and use that junk

How far down does the PVC on the roof go? Like 4", and overlays the wall? If it terminates under the corner trim, how does water not sit inside the trim and seep inside?

If they want to be so different why don’t they stop with the rubber roof and do a flex armor roof?

we have an Alliance, if it was not for the warranty they have we would have wrote this off and let it burn. our avenue had window leaks, miss aligned slide, leaks from under the slide, no heat duct installed, huge gaps in the fans to roof exit, water leaks, radio not even connected just sitting in the spot. baggage doors that will not stay closed, tank handles that broke off during the walk through, leaking shower, inability to cool the rig (86 outside, ac set to 70, cloud cover and inside sitting at 81 ac running all day dumping into living area), floor of slide falling out, kitchen slide scraping up floor. im sure there are other things too but at an msrp of almost $96,000 you would expect a better build quality. only thing that has been the saving grace is the warranty is good. they will send you anywhere to get it fixed. even pay for a mobil tech to fix it. problem with that is most places will not work on it if you do not buy from them. if they do you get bumped to back of line..... 4mo in the shop and a month waiting for a mobile tech to repair. so 5mo into owning and 2mo of being in it. also the first part about the supported water tanks, umm if you are on the alliance FB groups you will see where a lot of units are having the fresh water tanks falling out of them.

I see a pretty crappy piece of wood attached to the roof at 7:04 and 7:18 that should have been repurposed in my opinion. At least for the price and quality of an Alliance.

These things are still riddled with issues. 130k for a rv that has to spend months in the shop being repaired
