I think this is a pure show truck. not made for everyday use. But I agree with you...so much wasted space.

but politicians regulators dont sleep in the trucks 😢 so they dont care for the truckers wellfare they want truckers to be in a hotel very far fetch reality even parking spaces are not enough during afternoons for night rest what more for the hotel law they are absurd! ithey want business instead of extending the cab a meter would be amazing but hurt their pockets no hotel check ins

Well you can as many truckers do, just pre-order a small hotel/motel/hostel etc room for discount, you would only use the shower.

How much would that beast cost......SNT SHOTTS SCOTLAND has similar???

I would keep a door on the driver's side and get rid of the other one. It is sorely lacking and needs a mini fridge and microwave oven.

@@largol33t1 well this one is for truck show, not for the every day work. There is longline version for everyday work, and they are more a bland between US and European truck (interior)

You have never drove a cabover? I would go through the backdoor on the drivers side every time I needed to get in the truck because climbing those little stars over the steering wheel is hard on your knees. You need 3 point contact like a mf getting in and out.

@@unitedsouthenterprisesllc mate I have driven cab overs in 4 continents over many years. Also in my opinion I don’t like the door like it is. Again my opinion as getting into the truck is just as easy through the passenger side

Agree with you that there are too many doors and usable space is lost. The cabin is impressive, but I also find the bunk above the driver a bit fair headroom, a bit claustrophobic.

I think 4 doors are ideal if your drinking in the back and then feel a bit sick, just open the back door and puke, or if you want to have a pee, just open the back door and piss away.

@@DomingoDeSantaClara No we don't. Canada is 5 time zones wide. You would have to have dealers everywhere...even where there is little business. Which is why the established dealers make it work.

Scania made firetrucks based on the P-series but China wanted a Scania with V8 engine and they required the R-series cabin so they made them specially for China but only 3 were made i think.

There was one trucking company though back in the 70's if i'm not mistaken, who had 2 Scania's driving in Canada.

Does the boss pay extra for a car to give the employee a shower? how is this possible? In China, truck drivers are all self-employed and buy their own cars, so Chinese-made cars try to pack more living facilities within the cost.

Judging by your writing you are from Poland? 🇵🇱 Have a look at some of the rigs from the USA-111 inch cab with a full double bed, kitchenette, toilet/shower combo, basically an apartment on wheels!
