This trail has it all - parks, tunnels, bridges, art, history, great views, urban sections, wooded sections, points of interest, it's all here. Will Charlotte's Little Sugar Creek Greenway earn that elusive 5-star rating? I stumble across an incredible brass band out doin' their thing in Freedom Park. Interesting timing on this video as we are headed to Charlotte in two weeks to bike. Little sugar creek is on there along with several other Greenways in the area. Have not yet found a good way to connect them all together, but we should come up with about a 25 mile loop by the time it’s all said and done with safe connectors. Thanks for the preview of what we get to enjoy.

I just moved here and I love the Greenway. But I haven't lived here long enough to see what they are working on yet. I am looking forward to seeing it when it is done.

You Get IT !! "Enjoy The Ride" Freedom Park is my Favorite Park in Charlotte.. Lots to see on this Greenway.. Biked it many times..

Happy that I stumbled upon your site. There aren't many extended paved trails in the Fort Mill, SC area so I go to CLT and ride the Greenway. Great video's and now I'm a subscriber, I need a little joy in my bike rides 👊

I did this trail over the summer. It is fantastic. I started near the SC border. The trail is in development to connect to a SC trail.

I can't believe it. You actually gave 5 stars! Wow haha. Just put this trail on my bucket list. Thanks for another great video. BTW, I remember going to Heritage USA many times as a kid. That "mall" with a sky ceiling, the unfinished hotel, and the campground (which is where we stayed). How long is the trail?

I rode this for the first time a couple days ago. Lived in the area for 24 years, but had no idea that this trail ran all the way from Pineville past uptown. BTW, they built a connector (or partial connector) from the 4 Mile Creek greenway (Ballantyne to Pineville). It is only partial, so you have ride a half mile or so near Carolina Place mall. It is not marked though, so plan that part on your GPS.

Really enjoyed the video. I rode this trail several years ago, but it has evolved a lot since then, and continues to evolve. We're headed down to my sister-in-law's, in Charlotte, for Thanksgiving, and I'm looking to ride this with my son. I will say that the online resources make it hard for me to decipher where, in the process of development, that this trail is, in it's total development. How many miles of trail where you able to ride when you were there?
