Although I know how to pronounce Jorge I never consciously thought about the "GE" having a "KH" sound.

Agüero= Omen, Ambigüedad=Ambiguity, Bilingüe=Bilingual, Vergüenza=embarrassment, Antigüedad=Antiquity, Cigüeña=stork, Ungüento=Ointment, Argüir=to argue, Pingüino=Penguin, Lingüista=linguist, etc..

A King good question. I'm learning Portuguese and Italian from Spanish. I know a little Hebrew and can understand French pretty well. Any language that I learn, I learn from Spanish. What made you ask?

Is it a Castilian Spanish pronunciation, or a Dominican? I saw other pronunciation lessons, and it said that g in "agua" is pronounced non-labial.

It's like an h in English. Gi = He Ge = Heh

love your channel , mi pana “.... but when you say speaking Spanish like a native.... which group of natives are you speaking of? Since all groups speak differently 😏 I know you have a thing for the way Dominican’s speak ( too funny.) Dominicans and Puerto Rican’s speak Spanish the way Jamaicans speak English ....

Gracias jaja. When I am talking to the viewer about him/her sounding native, I'm referring to whatever accent they want to learn. While I'm doing this "Alphabet pronunciation series" I go through all of the ways that I know how to pronounce a letter so that thy have the freedom to choose. So they could speak a neutral accent like what may be heard on a newscast on univision or telemundo, it could be the Spaniard accent, etc. The goal is just to not sound like an English speaker lol. and Yes. There is an overflow of different cultures combining in the caribbean, so I agree with your statement haha.

Creo que quieres decir cigarro(sigar), cigarrillo(cigarette) en vez de cigaro, creo que se trata de una falta de ortografia si no estoy confundido.

Mario Rejón Gracias por corregirme. Se me había olvidado que cigarro se escribe como cigarrillo jaja. Yo suelo decir puro en vez de cigarro. Pero me encanta el idioma y quiero que todo el mundo lo aprenda. Bendiciones!

Soy Mexicano, hablo Español. Se como pronunciar todas esas letras. Pero tiene que ser muy confuso todo esto para alguien que quiere aprender español.

Por supuesto. Pues depende de la persona. Para mi fue bien fácil, porque soy bueno en imitar a la gente. Para a algunas personas, les cuesta pronunciar todo jaja. Pero es por eso que decidí crear esta serie de pronunciación. Las pronunciaciones de inglés vienen proximamente.
