The real problem with the world and why we are always in a state of constant chaos with ourselves and others. There is a duality that resides in man that is good and evil, love and hate, right and wrong, etc. Most people have no idea about this and will instantly deny what I am trying to explain. What I'm talking about is consciousness. When someone awakens or becomes self aware they lose their sense of individuality and become a part of the whole or one with consciousness. They see everything and everyone as another part of themself and don't feel superior or inferior to anyone else. Because of this it allows them to have true compassion and empathy for all. Whereas an individual might have every intention of doing the right thing it is simply impossible for him/her to not act without their own self interest in mind. There are really only 2 choices. (1) We are the good guys and those are the bad guys. Let's devise a plan that will allow us to gain control over them so we can have the upper hand. (rinse-wash-repeat for eternity) (2) We are all in this together. Let's work together to devise a plan that we can all agree on will do the most good for everyone involved. This is why man has always been at war with each other since creation. If we TRULY want CHANGE in the world then unconscious leaders will have to relinquish their control for the greater good. Otherwise we will just keep traveling down this Long-Hard-Rocky-Road with the best of intentions.
