I watched this 3 times in the last 24 hours. Ryan has perfectly summarized what a lot of big time Personal Injury attorneys have told me over the last several years. Making big money is something you have to attract with your energy, thoughts and actions. I will definitely be buying his book.

What Ryan said about really believing it in your core is MASSIVE. Big money energy is basically just a kind of charisma, and I'm a firm believer that real charisma comes from internal beliefs, your self respect, your view of yourself etc. People try to learn all these surface level tricks instead of doing the real work, turn that hustle mindset inwards and you'll see huge results!

one of the best interviews I've heard in a long time. A lot of his mindset is actually similar to the law of attraction/ manifestation- believing it, living it even before it has happened (through your clothes, mood boards, writing things down, goal setting, lifestyle and mindset) mixed with action is what manifests the things we want in life

Ed Mylett I heard you speak at 10X several years ago and have followed you since. I stumbled upon this video and i will say this is some excellent content. Ryan has earned every piece of his success and he does a great job telling the story about how he came up. I have seen similar small town stories my Dad being one of them. Nobody talks about this, but Ryan's social skills are insanely good, which makes him really successful as a realtor since it's all about interacting with other people and making them feel good so they will buy the real estate you're selling.

Serhant, "Fear of wasted potential." I know exactly what he means. Though I've delved in several business opportunities in the past, but didn't stick with actually long enough, one I shouldn't have gotten into, or make changes and tweaks, I stopped. Now, I can't stand working for someone else and need to get paid my "worth" and finally, finally be happy. And the anxiety of not trying again and working at it and eventually making it, is the fear of wasted potential I have also. Great talk! :))

I love this interview!! As an entrepreneur, this was so motivating. There were so many nuggets of wisdom - "doing what it takes not to be proud in 30 years", "the confidence suit", "do a list of all the things you are grateful for". I do so much of this in my daily life as well as help my coaching clients and they really are game changes when it comes to getting what you want in life. I plan to rewatch this interview because I got so much out of it from a mental standpoint to a business standpoint. I'm not in real estate but I plan to buy this book!!

I loved this. The biggest lesson I’ve had to learn is to have internal integrity and to keep promises to myself! I loved when Ryan said “successful people make decisions based on their commitments”. This includes the commitments we make to ourselves!

I had a big loss this year with losing my dad and it's rocked my confidence. I've felt a little lost lately. And I hate it because that's just not me. I recently went on an appointment with another investor that my friend referred me to and I felt like he completely dominated the conversation and it has bugged me ever since. Omg this one is so good, I had to pull over, put my hazards on and wipe my tears from laughing so hard. This one is a keeper! Taking lots of notes. What a great interview 👏 I had no idea that was how he got on the show! I remember watching him on one of the episodes where he was trying to coach a newbie in sales. It was such an eye opening episode about energy and sales.

Thanks for this interview, it was so good and with so many lessons! Perfect timing: before going to sleep last night, I caught again myself digging in past problems. I was so frustrated how I keep letting myself there. The thing about myself in 2030 is powerful! It just changes everything and 1000mins fresh start to. Definitely will check what is Ryan Serhant tv show about.
