This Drama is so good. Even though there may be sim inaccuracies, it shows how EVERYONE is fighting for power regardless of where they are. It even shows how cruel and powerful the eunuchs are, even though the drama focuses on the emperor and his harem

Because Ruyi was the one who made it happen to begin with. The Emperor had to marry off either his daughter or his sister. Neither the Dowager Empress nor Empress wanted to give up their daughters. Ruyi went to the Dowager Empress and told her that the Dowager Empress should go immediately to the courts, which wanted to send off Jingse, and throw a fit that Empress Dowagers daughter should be the bride. And that she needed to make as big a fuss as she possibly could. Doing this would get the attention of Fuca Clan (First Empress' clan) and they would pressure her that it would give the clan more power if Jingse was the one to marry. This forces First Empress' hand to make her daughter be the one to get married. So while Ruyi was messenger by chance it was indeed her hand that sent Third princess away

I realize that that's what he be doing he always send her to take the bad news so no one would blame him for being the bad messenger he really was a coward and that he wasn't all that great as a father he never was really good to any of his women and the one clean that when he married she knew that he was killing people and he forgave her and went on about and gave her the best of everything but his second wife she took the money that this man did I heard his daughter she don't have a clue what she talking about and what this man has sent this mother her second mother through because he just wasn't no good he blamed her for everything she was the scapegoat for him she took everything from everybody everything and I think she just got tired she has had
