Bruh this was so emotionally intelligent of the bouncer. He listened to her complaints, then he disarmed her by agreeing, won sympathy by being honest and emotionally vulnerable, showed that he and others are also negatively affected by those same rules, and also tried to assuage her underlying insecurity by saying that she was attractive. He didn't even have to say "hey lady this is what I'm paid to do and if I don't I'll get fired," because by the end it was obvious.

This scene is actually pretty darn realistic. My promoter friends in LA have told me that clubs have unspoken rules about the number of non-white women they can let into the club.

'No hard feeling , its just business' , the club do whatever make him money , you go to korea or japan and you'll find clubs that doesn't allow white/foreigners inside , or in france for arabic/north africans and black ppl , so its based on the region not the race , sometimes its cuz the owner is a racist peace of shit , but most of the times he do it just cuz of money cuz his major clients (which are the biggest source of income) are the racist one , so if he allow certain ppl from different ethnicity or race , they won't be confortable and they won't come back. So he will do what benifits his own business even if its a bad thing to do

The funny thing is the largest perpetrator of racism is bs rationalizations like this that let people displace blame for their complicity. “I’m not a racist for having a racial ratio quotas, at the club I own, it’s the paying customers preference.” It’s really not that complicated. Racism operates on a spectrum of personal bias & institutional/systemic discrimination.

Don't worry about this Weston. Everyone gets old, if they don't die before that. It's not fun, but it is not that bad either. Some stuff gets harder but other things gets easier. Some stuff you can't take part in anymore, but other things you didn't care that much about before becomes more meaningful, pleasurable and valuable. Take care of your friends, stay curious and be good to others, this way you will become wise and enjoy the trust and company of all age groups until your death. "What makes life bearable is the unbearable knowledge that we are going to die". Unfortunately I can't remember who said this, probably because I'm becoming old and forgetful : )

At first, I understood her anger. But then, she started to shout out all those ridiculous insults, with no rhyme or reason, with no real argument, making such a spectacle of herself, even insulting those innocent girls queuing… And there I was : 😓
