@@rexlapis7587 Here, and especially in the comics, he is THE villain, The Nightmare to Peter Parker, arguably on par with Venom. Green Goblin's identity is based on blaming Spider-Man for every failure he has ever had, and makes it his purpose to ruin Parker's life for his own eternity. He isn't just evil, he's the Devil that ruins Spider-Man's life, and wears it as a badge of honor. He's a psychopath unlike many of the participants of Spidey's rogue gallery. That's what makes him particularly frightening and vicious compared to most other villains.

Eddie Brock didn't make the choice to die, he died trying to save the symbiote from the bomb Peter threw at it.

Tobey McGuires fights were the best of all the Spider-man movies. None of the others can match the visceral brutality. He really sells spiderman as being the underdog who overcame impossible odds.

@@goodsaint_001 yeah. He's too charismatic as Spider-Man. Spider-Man is supposed to be an underdog that overcomes the odds, not some quirky outcast that doesnt seem cool but is a hipster. And thats the difference between Toby Mcguire and the rest the actors following him, Toby Mcguire encapsulated the spirit of Spider-Man as a common man with extraordinary potential while the rest were just heros pretending to be normal.

I like how, when Venom is destroyed in Raimi's 3rd, you can actually see Eddie's Skeleton being destroyed as well. A little detail left out after their original idea, that when Peter tries to pull Eddie out of the Symbiote, he pulls out only Eddie's Skeleton.

I remember reading the book and thinking about how brutal it was going to be seeing the symbiote actually eat Eddie....Then when the movie came out and we saw how Eddie/Venom dies in the final product....I was kinda bummed.

I think they get teleported to the mcu moments after finding out about his identity For example after Peter reveals himself to doc ock and one of ottos arms chokes him but then according to no way home that’s the last thing he remembers and then he shows up Same goes for the lizard who was found in the sewers by strange, the lizard also found out about Peter with his camera in the Sewers in TASM

@@technogist4779 no they get teleported after they die because it wouldn’t make sense if tobey is older when he comes into the Tom verse which would mean the villains would’ve been aged as well which they aren’t because they die so time basically reverted for them moments after they died

Lizard, sandman and venom don't die (venom and electro didn't even knew who was spiderman) The doctor strange only says that because the interaction between the villains in the basement (when dock ock says that the green goblins was already dead)

@@technogist4779 no, they teleport before they die. doc ock was teleported, in his words, when he "had spiderman by the throat" and when the person didn't die, they come from 2024(the current time in the mcu) in their timeline

We can't help, but feel sorry for these villains. Norman's death was an accident. Otto and Harry's deaths were heroic. Eddie was stuck in a fantasy that he can't escape from. Flint just wanted to be with his daughter.

"Peter... don't tell Harry." Oh, that's why he doesn't say it in SM2, when Harry discovers his identity. He tries to in SM3 though, when augmented Harry is chasing him on the glider. 9:18 That's... that wasn't a death at all. Even if you argue the mech arms are the villains, they're still functional. Dr Octavius, and the arms, die a little later by drowning.

@@imericseo Well not really. The first villain would have been the Carjacker. As well that was a different Spider-Man so it doesn't mean much. As well there is no indication this is the last Spider-Man movie so I don't really think that is a good way to describe it.

I also thought of that at first but i think the reason they cut it till' there is bcz after he got electrocuted Spiderman made him realized, like the title said "Every *Villains* Death" so maybe it was cutted until there because Otto died as a good guy and no longer a bad guy, the bad guy in him was already gone before he really did died Don't judge i'm only sharing my opinion here

*Spoilers nwh* they could've bring back this venom and give him the role of the uncooperative one since he is so thirsty for revenge. Tobey telling them the sound weakness, recreating the death but now succesfully saving Eddie. And after credits, surprise surpirse a little piece of symbiote survived and now you have venom in this universe. More sense than the Tom hardy plot hole.

I love how Tobey's Spider Man never intentionally killed the villains. Norman died by his own glider, Octavius died sacrificing himself to stop his own reactor, Eddie died jumping into an explosion, Flint got a retribution, and Harry died covering for his friend by the same glider that killed his father.

Not spoiling, but Electro didn’t die. He somehow got transferred into the wires, since’s now electricity. He was trapped within the retrieval towers.
