This week we return, once again, to the seemingly bottomless pit of pop culture food parody that is The Simpsons. Never one to shy away from making fun of McDonalds, America's favorite family now grapples with an otherworldly force known as the 'Ribwich'. I was going to make a "rib" patty, like they would in a fast food context, but I'm just getting out from under the flu and didn't want to. I'm sorry.

When I was an elementary student any teacher would sometimes play movies in Lunch or Recess when we can't go in the canteen (because it was rainy or smthin) or litterally after a subject when the teacher is already done with his/her lessons for the day and still has a lot of time xD. I've made rib sandwiches many times over the last 5-6 years doing oven ribs and just cutting the rib tips off then pulling the bones out (although it's always better in your smoker). If you use baby back it won't work out because they're not meaty enough generally, get a thicker St Louis rib and it works out better.

It’s been a few years since this video was posted, but I want you to know I successfully made 13 racks of oven ribs for a whole AFC Home for Super Bowl 2024. They turned out juicy and the barbecue tacky, and were so tender the racks almost started breaking when transferring off the pan. Your show has been an inspiration and I’m glad to have been able to learn from it

You joke, but most people probably haven't had really good PB&J before. It's all about the quality of your ingredients.
