She is adorable. I've had a spiny flower mantis before, Zeb, he was beautiful but so spicy! I tend to stick to my Ghost mantises, so many colours and such an easy to keep species. I'll be picking up my first Jumping spider this Sunday at the BTS show in Warwickshire, its an amazing show for all sorts of invertabrates.

I know this has nothing to do with the vid but i saw i 2 of the shorts that you have beardies and when the beardies are together in a cage it often is not the best with over 3 (at max) in a cage at a time but sometimes it works.when they,are waving their hand its a sign of stress and is a submission and when it has black under their chin it means their stressed, scared, or mad also if they get to stressed they can get sick Hope this helps

Please Reply to my comment I’ve been wondering for a while if I can feed tomato’s (red ofc) to hornworms (I don’t for safety measures) but no source is very clear on the matter btw the hornworms are meant to be feed to my leopard gecko

There doesn't appear to be enough ventilation in that tank? They need cross ventilation too. Although I haven't seen that tank before so maybe it just wasn't shown? They also are best with a fabric mesh lid (not metal mesh) so they can hang and moult from it, such as a mantis den enclosure.

Pfff, these lil guys can be kept in 32 oz deli cups for their entire lives. Excessively excessive, but I love it lol. I've always wanted to go bioactive with a few of my mantises, but it's just not in the budget. The fun thing with Crebroters is that they're walking garbage disposals. Give her as big of prey as she'll take! These lil guys are vicious as I'm sure you've seen. You want to get these guys off fruit flies as soon as possible because they won't be getting the nutrients they need. I think it's i3 that you want to get them off fruit flies? Generally speaking, offer as big of prey as she'll take.

Odd question but where did you buy your geckos? I have a tank setup, and everything ready I just need to buy a geckos now. Is it safe to buy from petco?
