मैं भी इसी स्थिति से गुजर रहा हूँ मुझे भी जरा जरा सी बात पर बहुत गुस्सा आ जाता है। हर एक डेढ़ महीने में मैं अतिउत्साह की स्थिति में आ जाता हूँ। नींद कम आती है फिर भी म़ै एनर्जी फुल महसूस करता हूँ। आज ही मैं साइक्रैटिस्ट के साथ काउंसलिंग करके आया हूँ।

Even I have been through a lot of traumas in my life... From childhood abuse to seeing my father on the brink of death... suffer from one life threatening surgery... My father is a Narcissist and went through a lot.... I do have sympathy for trauma n abuse survivors but I can never have sympathy for these bipolar people.... They are dangerous and I'd rather keep my distance from them then pity them 😅😅
