In this video we cover up all of the rough work on our 2nd bus conversion Our Wild Caravan ( / ourwildcaravan ) with plywood. We insulate and cover the windows in plywood, we build the walls, and we install the ceiling. We used Purebond Birch for all of it. 1/4" in the ceiling and 1/2" in the walls. Wow look at you great job instant gratification is A great motivator. And yes I'm still working on my coach I forgot how many little things go into the build I haven't even spray foamed yet but that's life and you have to do it right my solar racks are going on this week and I'm really excited to see it done. Keep up the pace brother your doing great.

have you tried gluing pieces of cardboard together until they fit the space perfectly and then using the mock cardboard panel as a template for cutting the wood?

I did something similar in my previous build for the interior walls but coming up in two videos I'll show you how I did it this time. I don't think making templates like that is super efficient but thanks for the idea.
