Thank you, my friend🙏🙏 I’m sure I will feel better here shortly. Doc is already helping me out with a few suggestions that he had that were non-pharmaceutical and it’s done a world of good for me. I hope everything is going as well for you, my friend.

Yeah, I don't go see the doctor for much unless I absolutely have to purely from a cost perspective. Not a health perspective. If they diagnose you with the right disease, you might as well get a second third job just to pay to stay alive. It's great news about the review man. 4.9 ain't half bad. It's hard to please everybody

Im not suprised that research is that far behind for mens health like you say we put up with conditions and only go in normally when it's too dam late to treat us men need to stop being heros and get to our doctors more often. Good to hear your buzy keep safe and well.all the very best.

I've worked with people for 13 years and I've learned you cannot please everyone at all times, i wouldnt make this a negative for your workforce. A 4.9 rating is very good. Just sharing my opinion on your situation sir

Very true, and the trick is not conveying it to the workforce in a negative manner but more in a manner stating this is what I believe we can do to improve or exactly how are you wording certain things and then help them to change their wording it’s a matter of helping the workforce and not jumping their case because something isn’t perfect. I have always said that that is the difference between a boss and a leader. Have a wonderful day, my friend 😊😊
