I’ve been wanting to try this one. From the description, this is a vaper vs an English. The body and pepperiness is likely due to the perique. If you haven’t gone down the vaper rabbit hole yet, I would recommend Escudo for you. Prolly not as spicy as this one. Thanks for the review

Try some pure burley blends like Wessex Burley Slices, Mac Baren HH Burley Flake or Solani Aged Burley Flake. While they are burleys, they are not your aromatic codger burleys like Cater Hall, Prince Albert etc…thanks for the content

I remember the older cans used to have some text on the label indicating that the flavor cam from a "double fermentation" process. I always tasted a slight brown sugar note.

Traditionally Granger had a light Molasses topping. whether STG kept the same flavor I do not know. I do like it a tick better than Prince Albert.

This was the second “English” I tried way back when & all these years later it’s still my second favorite behind Squadron Leader. You’ve got a sharp palette Brother, always appreciate hearing what you can pick up 🤘🏻
