That's a damn good looking pipe. It looks robust with well balanced proportions as your eye follows it along the top of the bowl to the bottom. Well suited for a comfortable and cool smoke. As a newbie I am appreciating big pipes more and more.

I do have an weird palate though compared to a lot of reviews, I get bbq sauce from some english blends and campfire from a lot. im still refining my palate

Oh yeah, one of my favorites since I first tried it. All the HH tobaccos are top notch!. IMO Enjoy!

ODF and Cobblestone Kentucky Plug are top dark fired straight tobaccos.

One of my top 10 for sure. You should try Peterson Irish Flake if you haven’t. Another one of the biggest loudest Dark Fired blends out there. Truth be told I like it a smidge better than ODF. Cheers Brother 🤘🏻

One of my favorites as well. The whole HH line is pretty damn good! And you’re familiar with Dark Fired leaf, just not aware of it apparently…. Copenhagen. That’s right, since 1822 😉

Try some pure burley blends like Wessex Burley Slices, Mac Baren HH Burley Flake or Solani Aged Burley Flake. While they are burleys, they are not your aromatic codger burleys like Cater Hall, Prince Albert etc…thanks for the content

Great review, I tried some of the bulk version before and I got campfire too, I also remember getting smoked meat or jerky from the bag note. As an ex cig smoker I liked it a lot and it's on my list of ones to get more of.

I didn’t quite get the jerky sent from the tin, but then again I was reviewing a tin of flake. It is very possible that the bulk version being as how it’s ready rubbed emanate better scent than the flakes themselves. I’ll have to try that. I already have some on my order list because I love this so much.
