Jamaicans and people from the African don’t share the same history. Jamaicans don’t know their ethnicity, religion or names which was suppressed because of the transatlantic slave trade. People from the African continent do.

Renae why you’re capping? Even with basic jobs you need connections. Most applications are done online nowadays, but the filtering is done so automatically that few apps end up in the hands of managers, so people need to rely on connections and word of mouth

There are also other factors to consider such as them being productive with their time and remember America has different time zones to the UK but its not to say EVERY American influencers will respond back quickly either...facts or definite truth?
