I like the size of the Striker for kayak use. It gives me all the info I need without taking up much space. It doesn't need a giant battery either - also saving weight and space. Is recommend it.

lucidhate go to boat outfitters.com. You can buy it by the sheet or you can make a template and send it to them and they will cut it out for you. I think that is the best way to mount a trolling motor for the maximum support.
