My sister was started to have amnesia, I worried so much about her; for some reason she started to like coffee ☕️, she became a coffee drinker and it stoped the growth of amnesia, more over she is not depress any more. Observing my sister I started to drink coffee ☕️ once a day.

The part about drinking black coffee taking time to get used to is true as hell. A few months ago, I had my first cup of black coffee and I thought it was way too strong for me as I was used to having it with milk and sugar, but now, I only drink coffee black haha. Great video.

I was never much of a coffee drinker. In fact I avoided it completely. But since last year November I decided to try drinking more coffee after reading how many benefits it has. And I don't take sugar in any of my drinks and I don't drink juice or fuzzy drinks so I tried black coffee without sugar and I actually enjoyed from the first cup. Now I always make sure I have at least 1 cup of black coffee a day

Well into my 40s and just now understanding the benefits of black coffee with no additives. If I would’ve only done these things 10 years earlier in my life I’d be in much better shape. I love that you include the scientific studies that you reference in your videos. I have a lot of trouble subscribing to nutritionists, health gurus, doctors, etc. on KZfaq because they never use science to back their statements up. Usually, what they are saying is a bunch of crap, and a lot of people are being lead astray. I really appreciate what you're doing.

The way my mom drinks coffee is just strong black coffee. Can’t see the bottom of the mug. Plus, it helps my mom sleep better....it doesn’t give her more energy. It does help her with headaches or migraines. The depression thing for my mom and me is not with the coffee, it’s with my grandmother.

Since you loved this video, you may also want to know that there's research out there saying that coffee makes heart and vessel disease (cardiovascular disease) worse because it raises LDL cholesterol, but that’s not the whole story! We now know that LDL particles can either be large and buoyant, or small and dense. When LDL particles are large and buoyant, they can help decrease risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD). And coffee can transition LDL particles from small and dense to large and buoyant, decreasing CVD risk!

I’ll make a statement and tell you my opinion about black coffee. I drink about four cups in the morning and two sometimes three in the afternoon. I do this every single day. I’m going on 74 and take NO medications at all and haven’t for about 7 to 8 years and even then was antibiotics. I’m not overweight, have much energy, clears out my sinuses, my lungs and makes me happy. I can drink a cup in morning as soon as I wake and I am full of energy. I can’t explain it but People tell me I get around good for my age and never depressed. It also for myself keep me awake. I gave low blood pressure so maybe if you have high blood pressure it would be bad drinking that much. There has to be something to this and I have not gotten covid and thankful. There’s is more to coffee than I think we know. I just know I’m telling the truth and I LOVE IT!!

I started drinking coffee when I was 13 or 14 years old. Use to put a lot of cream or milk, never sugar, in it; but shifted to black only. Also it was a cheap drink when my friends and I were in our teens ( Back in the 70s). Only 15 cents a cup.

Thanks for sharing. I love coffee, I drink it, but I have to share that as it is a diuretic it is classed as an antinutrient by nutritionists, it depletes the body of minerals, especially magnesium which is essential for many functions in the body, one main one being, for nerve transmission = nerve signalling. Although it does contain some magnesium, if your drinking more than 3 cups a day, you will become mineral deficient. So although I love coffee, I think limiting it to one a day and being cautious of mineral deficiencies is really important, if, in doubt supplement magnesium, most of us are deficient anyways due to soil depletion. Stick to organic if you can, after all, coffee is a plant - a berry, hence the antioxidants, and has many health benefits if used properly and not abused. Too much of anything healthy becomes unhealthy. I couldn't get through my degree without it.

@@LucrativePerson I see, thank you for sharing. If you want to, you could look into Matcha and see if that might be a better option for caffeine. Matcha not only contains caffeine but also L-theanine, L-theanine makes the caffeine be absorbed slower and L-theanine by itself if you were to buy it as a supplement and took it, could help with anxiety. But in the end, it is in your hands to see if it would benefit you, since caffeine is wanted or consumed for a reason or reasons.

I drank 3 coffees a day and had mood swings (when the coffee rush left), headaches when I didn’t drink it, anxiety cause it increased my heart rate, was fat even though I didn’t eat much. I’ve cut out coffee and now my mood is stable, my heart rate is levelled , and I have no headaches. This video was done from the perspective of a coffee drinker. You need to look at the negatives as well which this video doesn’t.

I grind my organic coffee beans, heat the water separately. mix the grounds with one tsp of organic cinnamon, brew it in a French press for 4 mins with the boiled water before pressing, then mix 2 cups in a blender with 2 tbl of grass fed butter 2 tbl of coconut oil (sometimes)2tbls of real pollen filled honey from a local bee farm. blend for 2 mins max serve and drink slowly. takes like 2 days to appreciate the flavor but taste better than straight black and now I don't even want my coffee with creamer because of all the health benefits drinking it this way. I actually just finished drinking mine and looked videos like these up to convince my wife to stop drinking hers with creamer.

Is black coffee more beneficial without sugar? Also, can you give me tips about how men can lose estrogen in their body?
@tmcdubs316
@tmcdubs316 7 жыл бұрын
Men will always have low amounts of estrogen. Just as much as women will always have testosterone. In very small amounts. But there are things that men do to increase production of estrogen and it is usually attributed to age and/or too low of testosterone levels. Exercise and eat healthy, find a diet that is rich in healthy carbs, healthy fats and moderate protein and test levels should balance out. If test levels are dramatically low and estrogen levels are dramatically high and do not change with diet and exercise or you have tried everything and nothing works, there is something called HRT (hormone replacement therapy). That is usually reserved for men and women that are 60+ and their bodies can no longer release hormones but can be used in younger people if all the cards stack right (or wrong, in this case) Hope this helps!

Thanks! Keep the coffee black. If you must add something, just use a very light splash of milk. If the color of your coffee resembles Drake, you've gone too far.
