If I was the judge I would have found the plaintiffs I. Contempt and found some ridiculously large and punitive fine for them to pay to be freed, and keep them in impound their farm until after the season is passed and basically treat them EXACTLY like black farmers have been for decades... Just sayin....

And this is one of the reasons it is so important for people to understand Critical Race Theory. It is important to understand how they have made these things legal, laws against black people progressing. Some people are so enraged whenever anyone tries to level the playing field. For me, I would want to know that I am really and truly better than my competition. Not that someone else stacked all the cards in my favor and that I am really truly only mediocre. Right now, we have all these mediocre people running around thinking that they are the creme de la creme, while pretending that they don't see the injustices against others.

I remember how my grand parents got treated as share choppers, it was never fair. At the end of the year, they never came out ahead with much. Blacks just want treated fair, this was over 40 years ago.

I am a big fan of small farmers and ranchers. We need to decentralize our food production. Black farmers in the South were often forced off their land. It’s sad history.

Start a go fundme. That would really piss of those white farmers as they watch free donated money pile up. I'll donate.

The USA is a weird place. So much division. I know nothing about this situation. The figures you show are not clear enough. If you want to objectively show the disparity you need to show the actual numbers of farmers per ethnicity. If so called ""White farmers are 90 percent of the farming community 90% of the funds sound correct.If not, it sounds suspect. You do not show any numbers. I am curious what they are?

ABCD is for agriculture or at least the four largest agribusiness firms. Three are American and one has its headquarters in western europe. So what did you eat today, probably something these companies "own." This hegemony that is in north america(ie USA) makes a few billion USD appear as "crumbs for dogs" in the contexst of assests alone. Agriculture is America's essential industry and without food security an already asinine anthropocence becomes asymtotically all that is the worst case scenario. So basically a thought such as, " i'd like to try chinese food, or italian food, or peruvian food, et al" cannot be thought with regards to the north american(minority groups especially). "Chicken and watermelon" is not agroecological inflection point. Support your farmers Americans and global citizentry.

This reports helps me understand why there is a rise in advertising and mobile apps for Black people supporting Black owned businesses. It seems we tried living united and I fear it will never be an equal playing field. For the record, I support splitting the union and allowing a time period for people to decide which one they wish to live in. Then republicans can live in an authoritarian, all white union and hopefully the other one will finally be truly progressive. Second, what if black and brown people being taxed could have funds allocated to support only them. Then we can get rid of this disparity between Black and brown owned businesses and farms and white owned businesses and farms.

I’m a first time Black Rancher I think is only rite for them to help us we been denied way to long I’m still living and learning hasn’t been easy for us Black Farmers growing up I watch my father work hard and still no help for us black Farmers
