HECU didn't deserve any of this, nobody did, Black Mesa alone was probably took the bloodiest battle on american soil, by far.

Counter point: They were willing to execute civilians on command. They did in fact deserve this. Also the battles of the civil war were significantly deadlier.

@@sp0ckz0mbi3 620,000 dead in the civil war, black mesa personel, government forces and US Army forces estimated to be over the thousands in that base alone. the following 7 hour war wiped not only americas population into dust, but it took out over 5-6 billion individual lives in only 7 hours. counter point: shut the hell up, these men were following orders.

To me, the most horrific of the voice lines will always be Black Mesa's Forget About Freeman. The absolute fear and panic the VA delivered near that end at whatever was about to happen to him feels so damn genuine. Everytime I hear it I get goosebumps.

@@spacekaiser3063 I admit the HECU conversations are easy to find but I added quite a bit of levelled audio in the background that would be very difficult to replicate. I unfortunately no longer have the project.
