The full version is well worth a watch, I like the method you came up with for clamping the handle...its a great way to keep the knife tip safe

I've always steered clear of making a knife because I was under the impression you need a big fancy belt grinder to do it. This video gave me the inspiration to try it now since it's been shown an angle grinder will do the trick, and actually work.

I use a Soft Arkansas, Hard Arkansas and Black Arkansas followed by a leather strop.

Nice, but you use epoxy glue! Do you also know how it was done in the past? I forge in the Bokrijk museum in Belgium, where I can't do something like that with epoxy, but I can with something else, resin perhaps??
