Blackberries are little powerhouses of goodness, and are packed with Vitamin C and fibre. They are also loaded with antioxidants which makes them great for your skin and overall health.
I used Manuka honey in this to increase the health benefits even further, but you can replace with your choice of sweetener if honey is not for you.
