動画拝見致しました。 前回に引き続き、野村祥太郎さんの貴重な研ぎ動画ありがとうございました。 歪みとり、たがねを入れて、研いでたがね、研ぎ、そしてその繰り返し。 自分が納得するまで、使うかたが、いかに研ぎやすく、使いやすくするために妥協無いその姿勢は尊敬しかございません。 最後の裏押しから刃付けをして髪に当てたときのピンピンと聞こえる音にどれだけ薄く研ぎ抜かれたかが、聴いて取れました。 恐ろしいほどの切れ味。 玄海正国さん、野村祥太郎さんのこの包丁、是非コレクションではなく、現場で使われてほしい逸品だと。切に願います。 これからも動画楽しみにしております。これからも頑張ってください❗️
