I love her dress so much cuz obviously it's stunning, but also it references so many pieces of history. Like I wonder if the giant bow around the bronze dress is reference to the statue of liberty being a gift from the people of France to the people of the United States at the height of the gilded age. So unraveling the "gift" is not just showing the passage of time on the statue, but also how it became a symbol for further innovation that then led to architecture like Grand Central Station and the Empire State Building.

Totally nailed the brief, but Blake makes it just that much more stunning because she is beautiful - inside and out. Doesn’t hurt having one of the most handsome, charming and sweet men on the planet, Hubbie (and our home boy 🇨🇦) Ryan Reynolds at her side, looking SMOKIN HOT in Gilded Age couture. One of the most solid, kind, generous couples in the Industry. That reveal was CRAZY. Lots of interesting looks, but NOBODY came close to these two. Breathtaking !
