It's still kinda there, but definitely toned down. My guess is that Nu was somewhere in between her "crazy for Ragna" and "emotionless battle robot" phases for the fight. After the fight, she was free to go full Ragna crazy

It took me a bit to realise the context with Blake in the win quote was that she was complaining about keeping up with Ragna due to his superior performance. The whiny way she said it though made her sound like she was saying she had more shit experiences in life compared to Ragna (who as BlazBlue fans know - Ragna is one of the most tragic characters in anime with a cosmic punching bag status like Spider-Man). That was such a “narm” moment.
