TO BLEACH 300 LITRES YOU NEED
3 LITRES OF SULPHONIC ACID.
3 LITRES OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE.
When using palm oil in soap making, there's a need to bleach it.
Bleaching palm oil helps to improve the quality and appearance of the final soap product.
Bleaching also helps to improve the color and clarity of the oil, resulting in a more consistent and aesthetically pleasing soap.
The Bleached palm oil is then combined with other ingredients, such as coconut oil, shea butter, fragrance oils, and additives like colorants and exfoliants, to create soap or soap noodles.
These ingredients are mixed and processed through various stages, including blending, extrusion, cooling, and cutting, to form bar soap or soap noodles, which can then be further processed into finished soap bars.
Using bleached palm oil in soap making ensures that the final product is of high quality, with consistent color, clarity, and performance.
It's also used to create high-quality soap bars that are gentle on the skin and effective in cleansing.

Interesting,so does it mean for 1lit of oil we gonna use 1ml of sulphonic acid and 1ml of hydrogen peroxide?

@@dagumargaret7590 , one liter of red oil, add it 10ml of sulphonic not sulphuric acid, turn it with spatula after 3minutes add 10ml of hydrogen peroxide from chemical shop not from chemist, and allow it for 6-10 minutes, Your oil must bleach, if it's oil mixed with colour it will turn pink.
