Clearly something called practice & years of it something most people let alone most sports especially pros don't do much anymore. Caitlyn still shows that she's one of those who literally lives & breathes basketball & when not at a game or an official practice is still probably reviewing video of her games/ rivals or shotting hoops herself on some public court or the backyard. Especially when people get to the pros like Curry Lebron they may show up to some or all of the official practices just to keep their spots & coaches happy but immediate offcourts probably even during practice are elsewhere.

@@dsteele2332 I understand & see your point but no one even in the NBA or other professional sports for any gender no one has perfect ball handling. Not lebron not curry not larry bird not jason williams not kobe not shaq. All of these players throw bad passes dropped or lose control of balls shot air balls or had passes picked off yet she & her team keep putting numbers up & winning games. Lebron nor Curry can currently do that for all the money they make they still throw bad passes or lose the ball or get blocked have their shots block & even miss. Angel Reese throws bad passes & misses a lot of shots LSU is only as good as Angel is she is ultimately the LSU team & I look forward to her playing Caitlin in the WNBA in the future. Should either or both choose to go that way I'd probably even go if not watch the two play in the WNBA when they play each other.

I really appreciate the dialogue, but this is one of the reasons why comparing players among generations are difficult to do. Is she the best female player ever because of her skill level and her being the highest scoring player in history? I say no, and let me give you an example of why. Less use Michael Jordan as a laboratory example. He is not considered as the most skilled basketball player to ever played a game, and neither is he the NBA all-time leading scorer. Michael Jordan’s teammates would have never became better players as long as his concentration was on being the best individual player. The Chicago Bulls did not begin to win until Michael Jordan became a better team basketball player, and because of such 6 NBA titles, and three peat twice with no losses became his legacy and it is why he is legendary. Bill Russell has more titles but is not considered the greatest, wilt Chamberlain was more dominating but is not considered the greatest, Kareem Abdul Jabbar had the all-time scoring title just until recently, and is considered the greatest by some. Michael Jordan is considered the greatest by most because of a combination of Scoring, defense, tenacity, leadership, and getting it done at the most crucial times. These other female basketball players are in the conversation as the greatest female basketball player of all times because of these very same tangibles and intangibles. I will consider her name in the greatest female basketball player of all times by the same such standards. Hopefully having a difference of opinion doesn’t qualify someone as a hater. Qualifying someone as a hater because of having a difference of opinion is rather weird for a person of my generation at the age of 63. I really just don’t get it. I appreciate the dialogue. Enjoy your weekend. Peace and blessings.

Clark is the best and most exciting women's college basketball player of all time (the latter by a large margin). And she can hit 3’s regularly once she crosses half court. She won't go down as the most accomplished women player of all time, but in the last two years she has played at a higher level than any women in collegiate basketball history. And she also regularly sells out wherever she plays - unheard of in women’s basketball at any level. Clark is a once in a generation player and I believe that she will end being (barring injury) the best women basketball player ever once her career is done. She’s the best scorer, the best passer, and the most clutch player in college basketball, and perhaps in the world at the age 22. She is also an excellent rebounder for a guard (7.0 per game) and a solid defender (1.5 steals, .6 blocks). And oh, she already makes a million a year, mostly in endorsements. (This may explain why Sheryl Swoopes was hating on Clark recently (and stating incorrect facts) on KZfaq for no reason other than jealousy.)

Really exciting player. She gets way more exposure playing college bball. When she gets drafted into the WNBA she'll be playing in front of crowds in the dozens (and I hope my Mystics get her but they probably wont)

If CC shoots a logo 3 and breaks the record, but no one’s there to see it. Did it really happen? You can hold all the records, but only a few are interested. Shout out to this IOWA NCAAWB player with her talent, charisma and maturity for making us tuned in to woman’s basketball all season long. Hope it lifts up woman’s sports to greater highs for our daughters, sisters and granddaughters.

The greatness of Caitlin is that she can work inside for points and rebounding, a playmaker in passing and her outside shooting is Men's NBA caliber. But why she is the best in scoring is that she is only a 6ft high women. The great female scorers have historically been tall women getting easy inside baskets, rebounds baskets and tip ins because of height dominance.

As a guard her height helps her alot. Kelsey Plum is 4 inches shorter than caitlin.

@@nathanwilhelm5732 Neither are a Center so their heights are irrelevant. If one were a Center and the other a Guard then it would matter unlike in this case. Both are great, Caitlin is just better.
