watch this if you want to see me bleach my hair for the first time because I was bored in self isolation. I did not know what I was doing so this is not a tutorial.
**also I forgot to show that I used 2 boxes! (same color)

Cassidy Josey why would he be happy.... 1, she used box dye which Brad hates and tells people to never do and 2, all she did was dye her hair....she didn’t bleach it.....this product is not bleach, it’s hair dye.

there is nothing wrong with box dyes, you just need to use the right colours and apply it properly and understand what the number systems mean. yours looks good. hairdressers tell you box dye is bad because they want to charge you £100 to color your hair haha

box bleach is normally a high developer so ur right just have to do ur research also box color is just super hard and damaging to get out of ur hair

No, I had dyed my hair black woth boxdie and when I bleached it it would only lift to orange. I later dyed my hair with a hairdresser color (also black) and when I bleached my hair it instantly came out. They wanna know cause they need to know if your hair can be bleached or dyed without problems.

Black hair will always bleach orange. Its impossible to bleach black hair and it not turn orange

Your hair is so pretty. You have the hair I wanted growing up. Love the color even before even though I cant pull off that gold color. I was scared for you ive never had good results with Nutrisse but glad it turne d out so well.

I lightened my blonde hair with garnier nutrisse when the line first came out in 2002/2003 (I think). I just remember how luxurious my hair looked and felt. I’ve never been able to find a conditioner that I like as much as the conditioner that came with the dye. I’ve tried garniers’ conditioners that they released a year or so after their dye and it’s just not the same ☹️ I will be lightening my hair again soon I will definitely be using garnier. I’m glad to see that they kept the same quality after 17 years.

try Three Minute Miracle from Aussie! I think it's comparable to the box dye conditioners :) It's meant to be used as a deep conditioner, but I used it as reg conditioner - avoiding my roots tho bc it's so moisturizing that it can make your roots look oily

GIRLS, after 2 boxes of Garnier 12.1 and one of the 10.12 my hair is BLONDE, a little brassy from the roots but I can’t tone it cause everything’s close but this Garnier dye is very good and my hair is soft.

Your colour before you dye your hair ..is lovley. Am naturally brunette too , but have been colouring blonde for about 3 years . Am like a honey-platinum. Seems to work well for pale skin.❤️ It looks very nice.👍

I Ordered this color. Looks smooth and vibrant on you. I think the plastic wrap would hold in the heat better than plastic bags to prevent hot roots. I’m gonna try this method. Great job! Looks pretty.🎉

I like the first color you started with, the strawberry blonde. You look more unique with the first color. The blonde turned out super great, not a mistake... but the strawberry blonde really harmonizes well with your skin tone, eye color - and looks unique.

I really liked that color too! I only dyed it blonde because my natural hair is blonde and I didn’t want to have to keep up with the root touch ups :/

This was a game changer I can't thank you enough for this recommendation of the Garnier Nutriese. I've tried to lighten my daughter's dark blonde hair using other drugstore box color with negative orange results. I thought they were all created equal. I had no idea that garnier was the least orange inducing of all of them. we didn't even have to tone with this color , we just used a little bit of purple mask.

bittybabii08 my hair became way less orange and brassy, and my roots aren’t dark anymore. The change isn’t that noticeable but I’m really happy with it!

Wow - gorgeous! Your starting hair is very similar to mine, and I actually got that same garnier lightener.... I’m worried, though, because I used a box root dye (w/lightener) about a month ago, but it took my hair too dark strawberry and reeeally made my root grow-out look horrific. Big mistake. Hm. If anyone reads this in the next five hours, pray for me. Highlighting at home is.... dangerous 🤦‍♀️
