Is Cascadeurs auto-rigger not that good since you're using Mixamo's one?

It's just not as fast as with mixamo. And mixamo provides at least 80% of well-weighted models, the remaining percentage is on the users' side, unfortunately. But the fact remains, it's faster

@@timpy2 I use an older version but it doesn't have that. It in fact needs your model to have a ready-made rig.

An alternative for Mixamo would be AccuRig which works offline. Cascadeur supports the CC rigs out of the box afaik. Nice tutorial :)

I think that AccuRig does not contain as many animations as Mixamo, but I could be wrong, because I haven’t tried to use it) Thanks for the comment, I’ll take it into service!)

@@ghostwdfr Oh right, yeah if you want to use the Mixamo animations as a base then it's fine. But for rigging only I would maybe prefer to use AccuRig, because it's a software on my PC and doesn't need an internet connection afaik. I think animations from Reallusion that can be used with AccuRig's rig cost money.
