At 6:37 if your auto keying is adding keyframes to properties that weren't edited and weren't there before make sure to check these in your "animation"

When i press I to add a keyframe, it automatically adds keyframes for Location, Rotation and Scale. But when you press I, you get a separate menu to choose just Location. Is this an update to blender or do I need to change a setting? Edit: Turns out it's because Blender 4.1 made the keyframe menu shortcut "K" instead!
