This episode was totally adorable,especially the part where Silverstream hugged Gallus.

So Basically: Silverstream is afraid of The Storm King due to PTSD Gallus is Claustrophobic Yona is Arachnophobic Smolder is afraid of embracing cute things and femininity Ocellus is afraid of the Changeling past and Sandbar is afraid of being a third wheel DAMN, that is creativity for the writers right there.

Gallus is a cat-bird, Silverstream is a horse-bird, so their kids have a genetic possibility of just being birds

Tree: Can't create a believable copy of Twilight Also Tree: Creates a perfect version of Rarity and Rainbow

I would love to see Ocellus and Smolder join Fluttershy and Discord for tea.

I'm not saying I ship Cat-Bird-Fish-Horse, but I'm not NOT saying that. Seriously though, Gallus and Silverstream are adorable.

Smolder: “No! On so many levels, no!” That’s my favorite line of the episode. It was very enjoyable to see her being cute and adorable too.😊

The number of allusions to the first episode in this cannot be a coincidence. 1. Ocellus's moment of "I'm hideous!" reminiscent of Steven Magnet's encounter with Rarity 2. Silver Stream vs "the storm king" is similar to them scary looking trees at which Pinkie sang "Giggle at the Ghostlies" 3. Sandbar's parallel to Rainbow Dash's loyalty test, clearly 4. Yona's parallel to Fluttershy, as noted 5. Gallus' test meant he had to trust what "Twilight" (Tree of Harmony) said and accept that it is a test and there is a way out, just like Twilight had to trust Applejack when she said it was safe to let go. 6. Smolder had to face being cute and "silly" having a tea party with those girls just like Twilight was afraid to go to parties and spend time in "ridiculous friend making It's like the tree noted what made the Mane Six such good friends and recreated it to prove that the Young Six are just as capable of friendship.

Blank: I was right! Cozy glow is evil! Me: Evil!? Mane 6: EVIL!? Mermaid Man: ... Mermaid Man: (gets slapped) Mermaid Man: *EEEEEEEEEEEEVVVIIIIIIIIIIIIILLLL!!!!!!!!!!!*

This episode made me ship Gallus and Silverstream.

The Silver Stream's challange was great, it really added huge depth to her character, I kinda figured that this was the case before but it's great to see it happen

Sees thumbnail: Thumbnail approved! In all seriousness this is one of my favorite episodes this season; the lore/confirmation for the Tree of Harmony is huge! Plus I really liked/loved the student sixes little tests that they had to go through. Extra Plus the little Cutie Pie of Terror Cozy Glow. (She wasn't in a lot of episodes after her debut but the episodes she was in were definitely interesting). I haven't seen the finale yet, though I know it's been out for people but still obviously something not quite right with her. Though I will admit the pacing is off; kind of reminds me of the pacing from The Mean Six episode, it's not bad pacing by any means; it's just of because of them handling so many characters at once.

How did we not see Cozy Chode being a villain? She integrated herself with the entire cast without suspicion, and caused unrest between the student 6!

Loved the reaction! I was so exited when I saw this one was out! I’ve been thinking over the possibility of Cozy being Chrysalis in my head and I just realized Cozy showed up before Chrysalis. Chrysalis said she was able to learn that the elements were in Everfree. I’m wondering if maybe she decided to get as close as possible to the enemy while maintaining her cover so she could discover their location. That way there wouldn’t be a surprisingly quick return of Chrysalis, but Chrysalis being present since she appeared as Cozy. When her plan in episode 13 failed, she could have gone back to being Cozy to regroup and make a new plan (or she could have already had a plan B). Just a thought though. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see :P ;) :D

Don't know why, but this speach of Treelight Sparkle in the end was one of the best things in the whole show for me.

And I think I know you well enough by now (so to speak) to pretty confidently say that you’re gonna love it too.😊 Definitely one of my personal favorites from season 8, that's for sure. (Although Horse Play still has top billing, though; but to be fair, what could possibly compete with that glorious 22 minute experience? Nothing, that's what.😉)

The finale surprised me (even with all the "leaked images", titles, synopsis and whatnot). ->The SCRIPT is what really matters [only thing did´nt got before the official Australian release]

Great development of the Young Six love it

I've written it before on some other channel but: I love what Tara did in this episode first she played as normal Twilight with her normal voice than as Ocellus Twilight and she were only slightly off and than as Treelight and then she just went all out

Rewatching this gave me insight into the trees ways. It doesn’t care about right or wrong, only self preservation of its actual physical self, or its reputation. the tree didn’t help with tirek until they opened the chest, but the tree could’ve stopped him whenever. It didn’t stop Cozy Chode in the finale until she questioned its power. It melted the faces of Chryssi’s living tulpas, but only because they threatened itself. It even cares about it’s reputation more than its life! In season 9, Sombra annihilated the tree, and it didn’t save itself, it brought him back just to flex on every pony! When the student 6 started bad mouthing it in this very episode, it tortured them in underground catacombs which it tailored to their worst fears! And what was it’s excuse? BULLSHIT! if Spike had been there, he’d have called the tree out. He’s spent his life with twilight, and the past 8 years with all her crazy friends, plus his own dragon and changling friends. His bullshit detector is more finely honed than DWK’s ability to talk himself into a 12th bottle of vodka.

Acording to Uprooted, Sandbar panicks in big descisons, so I think the idea was he had to choose between loyalty to his “teachers” or Loyalty to his friends. I think I could have phrased that better. Smolder apears that it’s more about being embarrassed than being cute that makes her anxious. the others fears I think are more straightforward and had less people saying”What is this fear?!”

Glad to see that even the Tree of Harmony has grown and has its own avatar to interact. Plus the student six did joked of asking the source, never knowing that the Tree is listening.
