Truth... I've tried to explain what depression is but the words always seem to fall flat, and people assume its just sadness. I've gotten to the point that now I just tell people you'll only understand if you are going through it. I struggle everday to keep my shit in check and I try to help those i can stay above the water even at my own demise. I loved the reaction to a song that hits me at my core, Thank you for the reaction, and hang on for those around that do care about you.
