I so feel this song quite often. People always tell me to fight it and stay strong, but I just want to let go and die. They try to tell me they understand, but I often feel like there telling me that just because they think it will change my mind.

Hey don't beat yourself up for having emotions, personally i watch reaction videos because I'm just curious about other people's thoughts and feelings about something I like, not just to be entertained. I did enjoy your video, I like how you really dive deep into your thought process. I don't think these darker song are just for Jake himself, sometimes we just want to be understood. Jake does a great job putting feelings into words that a lot of people have a hard time expressing and it can be comforting to know others must feel the way you do because it means your not truly alone

I’m in my first year of university this year, and I am following what I had morally created for myself -> Just flow through the moment. But, I, at times, also worry about my future, and I also struggle to fit into social groups, and contemplate about who it is I really am (because I don’t even know half of who I truly am)

Your comment about feeling like you're running out of time hits home for me and many others I would think. I can't enjoy things like a video game for more than I few minutes because in my mind there is a voice saying, "You're wasting time." I'm a bit older than you and have always shared with friends this mental image: We are all born with a game clock, gradually ticking to zero. We don't know how much time we have left on this clock. How are you going to spend those precious seconds? I would say the time you spend on videos like this when you allow yourself to be vulnerable - like Jake does through his music - is time well spent. It is for you personally, and for those of us who can relate to all that you say. I usually wait for to see your reaction to the newest CS song before I watch the actual video.
