Happy 5th anniversary FiM! Today I react to MLP FiM Season 5 Episode 18- "Crusaders of the Lost Mark! It's an amazing episode and I really do love the things that they did.

See, that's the thing. With this change I want her to prove herself in a way, I'll feel even better about her character if I see her actions in the future

I've seen probably 20 reactions so far and still cry every time! I also try to sing along in the car and get choked up at all the songs. It was such an emotional episode

+Fresh Perspective I did the same thing. It was awesome seeing the reactors that I normally watch see this for themselves. It was a very emotional episode, I gotta say, and the best part was that I didn't expect it it all!

+Fresh Perspective im glad im not the only one doing this. its always so exciting seeing peoples face to this episode, weather they normally hate the CMC or when they especially hate diamond tiara, and then everything changes when they reach the end. god i love this episode

+Youtwo As a person who teaches social development, this episode has inspired me to inspect most reactions to see the emotional response. I personally disliked 'My Little Pony' as a child, but this updated version is a game changer: a black swan of sorts. In the regards perspectives, it really turns boys in men; elevating their emotional state in ways that are socially healthy and not anxiety ridden. Lauren Faust and the staff at DHX are something else. I have never seen an episode of a cartoon like this. Any man, woman or child who doesn't elicit some kind of heartfelt response after observing the journey these characters should have their development analyzed. One commenter said his whole family (even his grouchy father) was in tears. That's a good sign. The reaction to this has been fascinating for me. Keep growing strong.

I just don't know what's wrong with me.I watched this episode on my own to avoid spoilers for the first time and I cried and then afterwards I have watched so many other people's reactions and I have watched this same episode 9 times already and I still cried.There has never been an episode in MLP that has tugged and pulled on my emotions and during that same wonderful moment at the end that made me cry is the same moment other MLP reactors had cried along too. I am now proud to finally come out and say that I am a Brony and I am a secret Brony who first got into the show on the 16th September 2014.So apart from the show's 5 year anniversary I am completely shocked that I have been a secret Brony for a whole year and to finish off the whole CMC and Diamond Tiara makes this one of the best compelling episodes and Season 5 Episode 18 is now my No 1 favorite episode.

+Kaci hernandez-sierra I agree, I can't explain it, I think part of it was that I didn't expect it at all. I thought it was going to be another average episode but I was sooo wrong. Magical Mystery Cure is my favorite episode for many reasons and I think that this episode was like it in a way. It got me very emotional which doesn't happen very often. It's up there on my ranking for sure.

+Youtwo Both episodes made fantastic use of music to get a lot of ideas and emotion through in a fairly short time span. That's the big similarity I noticed, at least.

+breakfastatmilliways I couldn't agree more. The biggest gripe about those episodes was that they felt rushed. Pinkie Pride did fine with that because of the theme of the episode. But that's what I've learned to expect from musical episodes.

I have cried a little more each time I see it. It's either Diamond or the CMC that gets me. The first viewing I held it together till the flashbacks.

First, Wasn't trying to get her cutie mark Apple Bloom's only character? Second, Am I the only one who thinks that DT's redemtion was a little rushed? Third, Am I the only one who wanted Suri Polomare to be DT's mother. I mean Suri and Spoiled Rich have the same personality.

+Woodie Pecker 1. Basically, she was my least favorite CMC after all. 2. I felt like the episode in general was a bit rushed so you're not alone. 3. I've thought about that but I really did enjoy what they did with DT's mother, it shows where DT gets her personality.

Youtwo 3. Yeah, but see, it probably would not have made a difference, if it was Suri. Except the fact that DT wouldn't have seen Suri that often, due to her living in Manehattan, and when they were together, Suri constantly belittling her, which would have a much harder impact on Diamond Tiara. But that's just my opinion.

I'm honestly glad that they changed up her character, there's only so much that you can do with a bully, and I think she proved how bad she could get. So I'm welcome to her change for sure.
