Will this work with the original Blink XT camera and what electrical junction box is recommended since this is a new install not a replacement floodlight?

Can this be modified to use a Nest Cam outdoor, since Wasserstein stopped selling the one for Nest Cam outdoor? The charger looks like a regular USB that the nest cam can plug into and the mount looks like it can be replaced with a Nest cam outdoor magnetic mount.
