Blocked Storm Water.
I was able to diagnose the problem for the customer, offer solutions and tidy up some tree root entry in the other section of the drain.

I love your friendly toad, lol, the guy got him with the rake!!! No injuries, he's okay. I love how he floats in the drain there looks like a real hungry toad!

🐸 Great to see the team back together again ! ! ! Tears running down cheeks when Toad appeared. 😅 Even R2-D2 made an appearance! Great work. This one certainly tested everyone! At least Toad got a nice mud bath.

this is kinda neat to see, i for whatever reason enjoy stuff like this, i follow a plumber here in the us that has some pretty neat vids he puts up. always interesting to hear plumbers talk about what they find lol

I suspect a gravel pit that was covered up by the vegetable garden, because they didn't actually check the ground underneath before throwing up the elevated bed.

If I may say, I really appreciate your technique with the hose and nozzle. I don't see any point in trying to 'hammer' the nozzle into the roots or clog (occasional thrusts; yes, constant hammering, no in my opinion), or do massive, constant twisting of the hose. let the nozzles work and do their job. If these nozzles can't cut most of what's there, as discovered here, it can't be done for some reason and find out why, but let the nozzle do its job! So well done!!! You should have 100x the subscribers mate! Cheers!!

I've noticed a lot of you guys are using the rooter ranger single bbl style much less than before, the right sized nozzle with the right cone effect does seem to do a more complete job on roots than spinning and beating them to death! It's a fair commitment in capital if the various useful sizes are acquired! The change in technology isn't always met with the appropriate change in technique! It's good to see people applying common sense and not beating their equipment to death to absolutely no effect!! (Not really a big deal I suppose, just a pet peeve of mine: personal idiosyncrasy you know...🤣😝) 100k subs? Awe mate, we can do better than that! 😄🥳 Cheers!

I had to go back and see when it happened and I found it.....your 100 mil pipe is gone from the overhead rack and looks like some smaller stuff up there now. I started at Video #1, and working my way through them.

Big Penetrator Nozzle? Has 4 jets at the back the one off set at the front that cuts. Rear jets are to propel forward. The nozzle do get blocked with grit from time to time and need a bit of a clean, so you could be right..

Different heights. The pit outlet was lower from memory and that is why I think they took it dirt and a small gravel pit. I gave the customer some options. Also he wouldnt get proper fall to the street how the grate outlet was set up given the slope of his block.

Mascot. Normally comes along on the storm water jobs. They are found in lots of storm water pipes in my area.. just a few reasons
