I did this before using the code breaker disc to skip cutscenes.

Huh? There's a way to skip cutscenes in BO2?

@@LordDamianus Only with ps2 cheat disc or console commands on PC although i only have experience with the ps2 version. It sucks my current ps2 won't read the code breaker.
