@@RisenFromDarkness_1880 yeah I grew up on pop music from the radio. Maybe also a few classic rock songs my dad listened to but mainly pop music. I didn’t even discover metal until I was 15 but I was 16 when I really started getting into it and it just makes me wish I was raised on it or discovered it when I was younger. When this song was released, I was 8 years old and listening to Taylor Swift and Meghan Trainor instead of this masterpiece.

That's not right. Death metal came from thrash metal, but black metal came after both. All three are quite different on their own, but are often mixed.

cool song, one thing I noticed starting at 1:27 the music is almost identical to the ending rhythm of the Pantera song Domination, check it out; and it just repeats for most of the song with slight change in tempo. guess its hard to come up with an original chorus section in this day in age...
