The plaintiff rented an apartment with the defendant. He claims the defendant partied a lot, smoked marijuana, and even had sex in the plaintiff’s mom’s bed. He’s suing for rent and court fines. The defendant argues the plaintiff is just as big of a smoker. He argues he paid most of the rent.

For the defendant to fuck in the plaintiff's mother's bed is pretty low down if that was the case. Nonetheless never a good idea to do roommates. Living alone is the best thing ever. No drugs or alcohol.
