Dutch Oven Blueberry Cobbler
For the fruit
3 cups of fresh or , frozen blueberries 
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
One lemon zest
splash of lemon juice
the batter
5 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 1/4 cup of all purpose
1/2cup of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
One cup of milk
Start together blueberries, sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice and let set
Placed the butter in a 12 inch Dutch Oven or 13 x 9 casserole dish and let melt in 350 degree oven or over coals
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and mixed together. Pour in the one cup of milk and mix
Add batter to melted butter and then the blueberry mixture on top do not mix.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until crust is golden brown. Let cool and enjoy.
