changed it up a lil bcuz imma do this four dayz per week so changed reps to 12 so for 4 days it's still on par with the amount of reps you would do performing 15 reps per round for 3 dayz per week...first day burned 500 calories with this workout...

Absolutely! You can perform any other cardio activity possible. Running on the spot, burpees, knee tucks, plyos, hop on a stationary bike or rowing machine - any activity that will increase your heart rate. 🥵🔥

can you give some guidance on dumb bell weight? I.e. do i use same DB weight for each exercise? What % of max. should DB weight be? Thanks bro and great workout!

Hey there! Use a weight that you can safely challenge yourself for the established amount of repetitions for each exercise. Start with a lighter weight, focusing on form - before increasing the weight of the dumbbells. 💪
