💪 Full Workout
1:53 - Exercise #1: Dumbbell Goblet Squat
To set up, grab one dumbbell and hold it against your chest, then as you squat down you want to go as low as possible, keeping your knees on the outside of your elbows and torso then explode up driving through your heels.
2:26 - Exercise #2: Dumbbell Swing
This movement should imitate a kettlebell swing, only you’ll grab the end of the dumbbell in both hands instead of the handle. Use your hip drive to swing the weight up, not your arms - your arms are just along for the ride. Be powerful with these, aiming to raise the weight to shoulder height.
2:46 - Exercise #3: Standing Overhead Press
Setup, feet shoulder width apart - hold a pair of dumbbells at your shoulders, brace the core, squeeze the glutes and drive the dumbbells explosively overhead, then control slowly back down and repeat. Keep these strict and don’t bounce the weight up with your legs.
3:06 - Exercise #4: Dumbbell 1-Arm Row
Grab a dumbbell, keep your torso parallel with the floor and pull with your elbow, squeezing your lats as you raise the dumbbell to your hip. Perform all reps on one side, then switch sides.
3:21 - Exercise #5: Dumbbell Floor Press
Set up like a typical dumbbell bench press but lie flat on your back. Control the weight down until your elbows touch the ground then use your chest to drive the weight back to the top, stopping just short of lockout, don’t clank the weights together at the top - keep constant tension on your chest.
3:41 - Exercise #6: Dumbbell Hammer Curls
Stand up with the dumbbells at your sides, curl both up at the same time using a hammer grip. Squeeze your biceps at the top then lower back down under control, fighting the flex on the way back down.
3:56 - Exercise #7: Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension
Lift one dumbbell over and behind your head, feel a stretch in the triceps at the bottom then press them up to full lockout overhead, squeezing your triceps at the top. Lower under control back to the starting position, fighting the flex on the way back down and repeat.

I did this last Saturday. Great, simple workout but tough! I cried the next day because I was so sore all over. I highly recommend this one for anyone interested in a no frills fullbody workout.

At 41 years old, I have slowed down a lot, being lazy and focusing more on flexibility and movement. I am a pt, not in the shape I used to be, but you know - this channel is very inspiring actually. I did my own ladder workout earlier, inspired by you guys, boy was it tough. Keep up the great work, I have no trouble dropping fat, hypertrophy is something I have not done on a while, but today I feel different, focused and motivated. Great work guys, great music “victorious” ✊

I am almost 62 years young. I did the 4 sets in under 20 minutes using 25 lbs dumbbells. I guess I need to use heavier dumbbells next time. Thanks for the workout.

one of the best full body circuit workout. Better than the dumbbell giant sets version by Morin. Added these with ab training and can really feel the change in 2 weeks. Brilliant suggestion to follow even with lighter weights since rep and sets are higher.

old guy here. have been scoping youtube for dumbbell routines since I'm not comfortable in my gym presently. this workout hits the sweet spot with me. intensity, duration, and friendly to my bad wheel. have run and biked all my life but, strength and flexibility is most important now. I like that a good measure of the resistance should be the 60-minute circuit. have a good base but, easing into it. consistency and injury free is the key. now if I can only reign in the food quality

Tried this out today. This is what I was looking for. First did five minutes warmup on cross trainer and then tried this. Just WOW, mixing kettlebell with Dumbbells made it more interesting. Thanks guys keep on posting

Nice one! Took just under 30min with 50 except for hammers. First round straight through. By rounds 3-4 taking over 30sec between each movement. Tough but great pump.

This can be done under 30min..ofcourse without warmup&cooldown..this is good for beginers as they can lose fat&build muscle at the same time..make a video for buildin muscle with dumbells&kettlebels only..i love this channel btw🙏

Good Straight forward workout. But it's kind of hard to do in under an hour without the timestamps. So here they are: 7 Exercises. 10 reps each. Circuit Fashion. Im 49 yrs old, little over weight I wrapped 40 pounds dumbells even I'm not make a good movements in the last 2 round I did in 48 minutes. When finished my garage look like a lake of sweat. This s@#t works.

Did the workout in 32 minutes. Did the first two sets at 10 reps. Final 2 at 15. Next time I will do six sets due to the light weight I have. But a very effective workout.

This workout is great. All the basics movements so you can focus on intensity. But easily done in less than 30mn ( not including warm-up). Not sure how you can last 60 mn doing 280 reps total.

Hey sureshvadavati - you can simply skip the first 2 exercises that are leg dominant and perform the rest in seated/kneeling positions that you're able to. Thanks for watching

If you're still making progress that's an awesome sign, but it's definitely a good idea to switch up the workouts or combine multiple workouts in order to train your body in a more varied way and ensure you're hitting in from all angles, to continue to grow and adapt. So try out some of the other great 350+ workouts on our channel, or mix this in with some of the others and see how you feel and continue to progress :)

Your dietary needs will depend on your preferences, lifestyle factors, and goals. You need to ensure you're getting enough protein and the right amount of calories each day. You should also be sure to get in healthy fats like Omega-3s and minimally processed, fibrous carbs

Is it advisable to change aspects of these exercises I.e. change up the reps, change up the whole exercise itself, as our body plateaus at one point right? I’m a beginner and I’ve been doing this at home for nearly 3 weeks and as time went along, I’ve noticed I had to put more weight on to the dumbbells and change the reps a bit for some exercises, but like say after a total of 5 weeks, wont my body adapt and less muscle mass gain occurs because of a plateau? What is your advice on that?

You should always be aiming to increase the weights you're using as you strengthen your muscles more. That's what progressive overload is all about. So that's good that you're increasing weights. In order to avoid plateaus and ensure you're developing a well-rounded physique, you should switch up the workouts you're performing as part of a complete workout program so you're challenging your muscles with different exercises, from different angles, etc.

I've been doing this workout for months now. I really enjoy this workout and was wondering if I need to do this every other day or 3 times a week to get faster results? I'm getting results just not fast enough for me lol. Please give me advice on how often you recommend. I also take Blade, GH Peak, Status, and vitality along with Shake one when it's in stock

It's best to combine this workout 1-2 times per week with other workouts on the channel for a total routine training 3-5 days per week to ensure you're training the whole body in a variety of ways. This can help speed up your results and ensure you're developing a balanced, proportionate physique. Awesome stack too!
