The new BMW 5-Series has a few awesome tricks up its sleeve such as gesture control, semi-autonomous driving and remote control parking (you literally can control your car from the key). All fancy trickery, but has the 5-Series strayed too far into techy nirvana and forgotten its roots as a fantastic-to-drive luxury saloon?

I really like you man, and your videos are top notch. The one thing that you could improve is having a car follow you around and shoot it like that. Having the camera stationary and you passing fast past it makes everything blurry and doesnt allow us to see it properly. By mounting the camera on another car, you can show the car in question in motion, but not lose focus of it as it moves around.

Thanks. We only have a very limited time to film on a launch like this and if we get time then we'll use a tracking car. On this launch we only had about 4 hours to get all the filming done.

PS: Old BMW 5 series have better engine sound isolation, 3.0D is not quiet like on old bmw 5, but this care have better wind noise isolation...

Rear seat & legroom look small and restricted. Dashboard also not as sleek as the new mercedes line. E class seems better

Mercedes do not have fake engine sound coming from the speakers like BMW.
