quick simple video just an air filter change on a bmw 420D SE Gran coupe 2015 im sure other bmws will be the same this is a really easy job only tool needed is a
flat head screw driver on the f36 bmw

Mine filter looks the same after 45k miles. Never been changed but the car had full service for 4 years. It caused my maf sensor fail and casted 400 pounds to replace and coded. I do filter change avery 6-7 months, approx. 8-9k miles and it’s ok now. Thanks bmw

Thanks, got one coming for my '17 420d f36.. Can this be fitted without having to remove the pipes ? ie just remove the lid in situ ? Thanks

Problem is with that any bits off the air filter can go back in the boat i.e leaves etc if you pull it out you can make sure it's clean
